Kaiser rolls stuffed with egg and oven baked ham

Ingredients - 4p


4 oven Kaiser rolls
4 medium-sized eggs
some chive stalks
100 g paper-thin grilled Charles oven baked ham

 

PREPARATION


  1. Heat the oven to 160°
  2. Hollow out the rolls from the inside as much as possible
  3. Coat the inside of the hollow rolls with oven baked ham
  4. Break an egg in each roll
  5. Put the rolls in the bottom of the oven for ca. 25 min.
  6. Sprinkle the rolls with chive
