Bruschetta with filet de sax and tomato tapenade

Ingredients - 4p


1 baguette
a dash of extra virgin olive oil
a bundle of cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
½ tsp of oregano
10 fresh basil leaves
105 g Charles Filet de Sax

 

PREPARATION


  1. Sprinkle the baguette slices with olive oil. Bake them in a 180° oven for 5 min.
  2. Chop the cherry tomatoes. Shred 1 red onion. Press 2 garlic cloves.
  3. Mix the tomatoes, onion and garlic together with the oregano and basil.
  4. Cover the slices of bread with Filet de Sax, top off with the tapenade and finish with a fresh basil leaf. Serve immediately.
