Antipasti salad with grandma’s meatloaf

Ingredients - 2p


2 balls of (buffalo) mozzarella
2 big tomatoes
fresh olives
fresh pepper
pesto or tomato tapenade
40 g of fresh basil
10 g of Parmesan cheese
110 g of Charles grandma’s meatloaf

 

PREPARATION


  1. Make a Caprese Salad by stacking slices of mozzarella and tomato.
  2. Sprinkle some fresh pepper over the salad and put a smidge of pesto or tomato tapenade on each slice of mozzarella.
  3. Playfully place the Grandma’s meatloaf in the center of the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves across the whole salad.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve with fresh olives.
